PMI St. John’s County is a full-service Real Estate Asset Management Company that provides professional Property Management and Real Estate Brokerage services. We provide both residential and commercial property owners with the highest quality Property Management services using state-of-the-art technology to keep them informed of how their investments are doing in real-time while providing tenants of these properties real-time access to maintenance requests and billing.
Residential Management includes single-family homes, condos, townhomes, and multi-unit structures. Commercial projects include office buildings, retail centers, and industrial space. We are a full-service Property Manager, which means we offer tenant screening and leasing as well as monthly rent collection, property maintenance coordination, and financial reporting.

William “Bill” Armel was raised in Howell, Michigan and spent many summers in Jacksonville, Florida before calling it home. At a very young age he learned first hand from his father, a Entrepreneur and Business Owner how to conduct a successful Business. Bill attended College at Central Michigan University where he received his Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering Technology. His Realtor® and Property Management experience began after 7 years of Project Management in the Engineering Construction Design and Building Science Industry.
Like many Americans in 2009, the economy forced him to have to change industries to be able to support his family. At the time, America was dealing with a major housing crisis like never seen before. During this time, Bill managed to build a Real Estate Investment Business based on the opportunities that the market was providing.
In 2010, He bought his first Real Estate Investment Property. He went through the extensive process of rehabbing it, renting it out and property managing it. Since then, he has added many homes to his personal portfolio and has learned invaluable Property Management and Investment techniques that have developed into a successfully run Property Management Investment Business.
Bill’s experience as a Real Estate Investor and Property Manager allow him to be able to truly understand the Owner’s perspective that he hopes to represent as the Owner and Operator of PMI St Johns County.
Bill is married to his wife Kristin, together they have 3 children and call Julington Creek home. In his spare time, he is a an avid sports fan and enjoys spending quality time with his family.
Kristin is a Florida native, born and raised right here in Ponte Vedra Beach, FL. She is bringing 15+ years of exceptional customer service experience in both the Medical and Financial Industries to PMI St Johns County. She thoroughly enjoyed caring for her patients and tending to her clients’ financial needs. She understands firsthand just how much work, effort, planning, and risk is involved when making investment decisions, both large and small. She strives to bring to PMI St. Johns County the same level of professionalism, expertise, compassion, and care that she has enjoyed providing over the years.
Kristin helps run the day to day operations at PMI St. Johns County. Once you have decided to hire us as your Property Manager, she will help you onboard your property into our system, screen and place your tenants, answer Owner and Tenant related calls and questions and keep you well informed along the way.
